Coaching is one of the most impactful development tools for rising, emerging, and seasoned leaders to reframe thinking, discover and overcome blind spots, uncover and shift behavior patterns that are getting in the way, break through barriers, and leverage strengths to have a greater impact. As your coach, Madeline will raise questions, challenge you, and provide advice or insights when appropriate, to help you find the answers within yourself. Madeline has coached high-potential individual contributors, Managers, Directors, VP-level, and C-suite in a variety of professions and industries. These services are available to organizations or individuals.

INTRODUCTORY COACHING PACKAGE

(3-months)

The introductory package is a great starting point to step into coaching, work through an acute challenge, and/or gain support during a time of reflection and/or transition.

  • Assess: DISC assessment: Powerful tool to understand motivational needs, style, and communication patterns.

  • Coaching: 2x a month virtual (Zoom) coaching sessions (60-minutes each), unlimited email support, 1 30-minute “SOS” call per month, if requested.

  • Support & Accountability: Weekly motivational/accountability check-ins (Participant completes a simple Google form on their actions, progress, obstacles, reflections, etc. and Madeline sends a short 3 – 5-minute motivational/accountability coaching video in return.


TRANSFORM COACHING PACKAGE

(6-MONTHS)

For those looking for longer-term support and transformational development.

  • Assess: DISC assessment: Powerful tool to understand motivational needs, style, and communication patterns. Also, optional and highly recommended: 360 assessment to receive powerful performance feedback from key stakeholders (Manager, direct reports, colleagues, peers, etc.), including an extra 1-hour session to debrief the 360 results

  • Coaching: 2x a month virtual (Zoom) coaching sessions (60-minutes each), unlimited email support, 1 30-minute “SOS” call per month if requested.

  • Support & Accountability: Weekly motivational/accountability check-ins (Participant completes a simple Google form on their actions, progress, obstacles, reflections, etc. and Madeline sends a short 3 – 5-minute motivational/accountability coaching video in return.

  • Manager Involvement (Optional): Facilitated check-in meeting with Coachee and Manager at the end of the coaching engagement to finalize the next steps for support, share insights and growth, and receive feedback.


ADDITIONAL COACHING SERVICES

A la carte options are available:

  • DISC assessment: Powerful tool to understand motivational needs, style, and communication patterns, with 60-minute debrief session to understand yourself and how you may show up to others.

  • Laser coaching (ad hoc, as needed, via Zoom) for acute coaching needs and guidance.

  • 360/Feedback Interviews with key stakeholders, followed by 60-minute debrief of results and a full written report.
